Please refer to the Agent/Seller Pre-Appointment Checklist. Following this guide will help owners and agents ensure the property is fully prepared and ready to shine upon our arrival. If no one will be present to meet the photographer we can handle basic preparations, including turning on lights, opening blinds, and adjusting toilet seats. If more extensive preparation is required a $50 staging fee may be applied.
Most packages are delivered within 24 - 48 hours. Larger projects such as video edits or luxury projects may take as long as 72 hours. If you have a tight timeline lets discuss your needs.

Not a problem! We know things can change with a listing and the weather. Please let us know 24 hours in advance, so we can reschedule without a cancellation fee.
Carla Hoade Photography retains full ownership and copyright of all media created. Payment for media services grants the client a limited license to use the media solely for the specific property listing, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The client (agent or property owner) does not obtain ownership of the photos and may not transfer, resell, or distribute the license to any third party without prior written consent from Carla Hoade Photography.
We do not use AI to alter or artificially enhance the appearance of a property. Minor photo editing may be used to correct lighting or other visual elements; however, any existing imperfections or property conditions will remain accurately represented to preserve the integrity and authenticity of the listing.
I am an FAA Part 107 Certified Drone Pilot and conduct all necessary research, including airspace authorization requests when required, to ensure each drone shoot is performed safely and in compliance with FAA regulations.
